I am soooo excited to be launching this giveaway! I often get asked about the products we use day-to-day to help us face the world with food allergies. Eveyone knows about the adrenaline injectors and antihistamine but what about all the kit that goes with them? The medicine cases, how we carry all our allergy friendly food, the things we eat and cook with and how we teach J about his allergies.
Well, here it is… I have gathered together all our favoruite things that we rely on and I’m giving them away to you! It’s a package worth over £150 and can’t wait for one of you to win it.
As you may know, Free From Farmhouse is a finalist for Allergy Blog of the Year. So, as a way to celebrate I will be running this competition all the way up to the day of the awards cerermony on 25th February. While I am out celebrating the fabulous food allergy blogger community with my fellow finalists, we will pick a winner live on Facebook Live.
Over the coming weeks I will be sharing more information about each of our favourite products and showing you how we use them in our everyday lives.
SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAYS
I will also be running some spot giveaways across social media where you can win even more allergy goodies including some of those featured in the big giveaway.
So don’t forget to follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to be in with the chance to win even more. You can join our mailing list to find out first about each giveaway.

I thought I’d entered already but it looks like I’d forgotten! my favourite allergy product is the insulated bag I use for Jumpy’s allergy kit. It’s small enough to be carried everywhere, and big enough to fit all her gear.
I love this. As a mom of a near-tween and near-teen with food allergies, and with an NP whose son with allergies just went off to college, I can’t stop thinking ahead. I need a survival kit for my girls to get through independent school life alone…and one for me to survive it too (maybe a brown paper bag would do?)!
My favourite product is Mrs O’s Fuss Free Cake mixes – we use the one that is free from gluten, dairy, soya and egg and it’s an absolute lifesaver!

The good stuff sweets are great but I’d say the medic alert bracelets give me so much more freedom and confidence when I’m out by myself so that’d be my fave!
Asda Free From Rocky Road
If there is one food I really would be lost without, I would have to choose Glutafin fresh bread. Not only is it great for a simple sandwich, I also blitz it up to make bread crumbs so my son can have delicious chicken nuggets & fish fingers! Love it!
