Giveaway: The ultimate food allergy survival kit

January 4, 2017 by Emma 133 Comments

I am soooo excited to be launching this giveaway! I often get asked about the products we use day-to-day to help us face the world with food allergies. Eveyone knows about the adrenaline injectors and antihistamine but what about all the kit that goes with them? The medicine cases, how we carry all our allergy friendly food, the things we eat and cook with and how we teach J about his allergies.

Well, here it is… I have gathered together all our favoruite things that we rely on and I’m giving them away to you! It’s a package worth over £150 and can’t wait for one of you to win it.

I love this. As a mom of a near-tween and near-teen with food allergies, and with an NP whose son with allergies just went off to college, I can’t stop thinking ahead. I need a survival kit for my girls to get through independent school life alone…and one for me to survive it too (maybe a brown paper bag would do?)!
