I had a great response to my first meal planning Monday last week so I’m excited to be back with another one.
I think we all struggle with finding inspiration for what to cook sometimes, especially when you are dealing with any kind of dietary restriction. So I’d love to hear any of your favourite dishes that I can add to my list.
This week I’m sharing my reuseable meal plan with you. It’s a system I have created in my diary that allows me to keep good track of everything I have in the house, things that need to be used up and what I need to buy to create my meals. All you need to get started is a notebook and some sticky notes! Watch my video to find out how it works.
