I’m on holiday – woo hoo! Hopefully the sun has shone for us and by the time you read this I will be relaxed and rejuvenated – well as relaxed as you can be going on holiday with a 3 year old and 10 month old!

This week I have posted about my and baby A’s first year together. She’s going to be one in 6 weeks – how did that happen?
I have also shared a recipe for delicious no-bake dairy free chocolate fudge bars. You really need to try them.
In honour of my holiday and the start of Summer I have chosen a few Summery dishes this week.
These Strawberry streusel shortbread squares from Bluenose Baker would be lovely for a Summer picnic
Or for a healthy lunch, this Goats Cheese and sundried tomato salad from Snack to the future sounds very tasty.
