I’ve been busy in the kitchen this morning trying out some new recipes and documenting some tested ones which will be up on the blog soon.
I finally gave Aquafaba (chickpea water) a go and made a really light and airy chocolate mousse, updated theclassic one ingredient banana ice cream with some Oreos for J and I’m finally sharing my recent obsession – breakfast burritos!
No recipes up on the blog this week but a great compeition to win a Plamil dairy free chocolate hamper worth £40.
I have also talked about feeding baby A peanut butter, which was a bit scary but a conversation with the co-investirgator of the LEAP study convinced me to do it.
So what have you been up to? I hope you enjoyed the glorious sunshine at the weekend and I’m sharing a few recipes that would be perfect for a Spring lunch outside.
This Seared steak with pink grapefruit salad from Happy Igloo would be perfect for my husband as they are two of his favourite things.
And I’ll have this Very berry spinach salad from Bikini Experiement. I rarely put fruit in salad but always love it when I have some.
