Well, it’s official – my little baby girl has turned one!
I can’t believe it has been a whole year since she entered this world as it only seems like yesterday I was announcing her birth on here. I am sad to see her growing up so fast but excited for all our adventures together.
We had a lovely party at the weekend with family and friends and then enjoyed an afternoon at the splash park in the sunshine yesterday. I made a vegan victoria spone with coconut cream and summer fruits for her birthday cake, as strawberries are her favourite food. She loved it and so did all the party guests.
As it had (finally) been such a Summer scorcher this week, I have picked some lovely refreshing recipes that will help you cool down.
