It’s the little things in life that matter.
Walking in the countryside, hugging my children and taking time to appreciate the world all make me feel a little better. Life can be tough, allergies can be relentless, but sometimes we also need to think about what we want in our lives to give us an extra boost – so that’s why I’ve created my non-negotiables list. Take a look and let me know what would be on yours.
I wrote it while travelling on the train up to Morrison’s head office in Bradford to see behind the scenes of their free from range. It was great to take a look at their test kitchen, chat to their buyer about developing the range and meet some of the brands they work with. This week I am back on the sweet treats but have picked a few healthier, refined sugar free alternatives.
