Happy Allergy Awareness week!
You might hear me on your local radio station this week as I did an interview with Sky radio about looking after little ones with allergies. We almost made it on to Good Morning Britain yesterday – but were bumped for a bigger story!
Also, check out my vlog from the Free From Food Awards. It was a brilliant night and a great reminder of all the retailers out there developing and championing Free From food for us all.
There are lots of great products out there but day to day, as we all know. we are generally trying to put together easy, nutritious and safe everyday meals. So this week I have picked out a couple of recipes that would make lovely midweek meals.
This Dairy free, creamy rosemary pork from Peachick’s Bakery sounds simple and delicious.
Everyone needs a quick pasta recipe and this Nomato sausage pasta from Intolerant Gourmand would hit the spot.
