So I haven’t blogged in 2 weeks now and it feels strange! I meant to do some while we were away but between the jetlag, poorly children and running around seeing family and friends, I never quite managed it.
Thanks for adding all your recipes while I was away. I’ve come back buzzing with ideas so I’m looking forward to getting back in the kitchen. This week I’ve chosen two recipes that make the most of any ingredients you might have leftover from Thanksgiving – I’m still in American mode!
We have fajitas or quesadillas most weeks in our house and they are great for throwing in whatever’s in your fridge. These Thanksgiving Turkey Quesadillas from Pancake Warrior would be great at anytime of year.
Now for dessert, you can use up any pumpkin pie filling for this lovely Pumpkin Spice Fruit Dip from Raia’s recipes. It would make a lovely healthy snack for the kids.
**I love reading all your posts but please make sure they are suitable for the linky. They need to be a recipe, round up or food related and free from at least one common allergen (dairy, egg, gluten etc.) Any posts that do not meet these requirements will be deleted.**
