Grow your own #freefromfridays

September 23, 2016 by Emma 4 Comments

It’s that time of year when all the fruits of our labour come together and we can start harvesting our homegrown wares.

To be honest, I have been so useless with my vegetable patch this year that I barely have anything to pick but my apple tree has been in full bloom. We went blackberry picking today too but baby A ate them all before I could fill up the bowl!

When I haven’t been fighting my kids for fruit I have also been sharing my 40before40 list – only 5 more years to go so I have been getting my planning on! I have also reviewed the lovely lunchboxes from Dotcom giftshop.

Plus I have been sharing one of my popular recipes – No Nuts Nutella – over on the Foodies100 Youtube channel.

The #freefromfridays linky is going to have a bit of makeover starting from next week with a very special new co-host – so I’ll keep you posted!

With the fruity feeling this week I have picked out a couple of recipes to use up those apples and blackberries.

These Sweet Autumn dessert yorkshires from Gluten Free Alchemist look simply divine and you could experiment with the fillings.

This Grain free maple apple cobbler from Intoxicated On Life is a lovely warming twist on a classic.
