In the same week that I have cooked up an awesome easy vegan vanilla cheesecake I am excited to say that J is on the road to not needing it!
He passed his baked milk challenge so can now eat baked dairy products. We are not quite there on the egg yet but we are one step closer to my boy being able to have ‘normal’ cake. Very exciting!
I have cut dairy and egg out my diet while I am breastfeeding baby A though as sadly she is showing signs of allergies, so that means more vegan cheesecake for me!
And probably some of this as well… I loved this Tropical zucchini cake from The Lazy Vegan Baker last week and the added pineapple frosting sounds delicious.
On the savoury side, these Simple turkey stuffed peppers from Pancake Warriors look like a lovely, healthy midweek meal.
