Did you watch The Great British Bake Off this week? It was refreshing to see the contestants having to tackle dairy free, gluten free and sugar free challenges. It would have been nice to hear more about the different substitutions though so I have shared my top tips for free from baking. What are yours?
I have also been thinking hard recently about what direction to take my blog in and how to improve it so I have been asking – what makes a good blog? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
So, it’s Friday again and I am excited to read your recipes, I always get so many new ideas.
Last week I loved the simplicity of this Slow cooker Chicken and dumplings from I Say Nomato as it reminds me of a meal my Mum used to make.
I also have a weakness for homemade burgers so these Portugese inspired Burgers from Happy Igloo got my mouth watering.
