It’s so brilliant to see this linky growing week on week and welcoming so many new joiners as well as faithful free from friday-ers. I know lots of people get much needed inspiration from the recipes on this page, including me, so a big thanks to everyone for the taking the time to add
I have been enjoying the late sunshine and have spent most of this week outside with my family. We spend lots of time out and about around the farm and I have written about 5 reasons why my toddler loves the countryside.
We have also finished harvesting our vegetable patch this week so I have been busy cooking up our crops making a vegan chocolate beetroot cake and a deilcious beetroot chutney – recipe to come.
Have you been cooking up a storm with your crops? Do you have any warming Autumnal recipes to share?
Last week I was drawn to these Sweet potato dumplings by I Say Nomato. We eat sweet potatoes a lot and this is a simple new way to serve them that I will be giving a go.
I also have a great weakness for Mexican food so enjoyed these Gluten free fish tacos from Sparkles in the everyday and the idea of a Burrito Pie from International Elf Service.
