Today I’m looking out the window at the beautiful view from my home office and feel very lucky. I live in a lovely location with my gorgeous boys and I’m very close to adding another little one to the Free From Farmhouse.
Earlier this week I wrote quite a personal post about The worst day of my life: One year on. I have been very encouraged by all the great comments and support that people have shared and I am happy to say life is looking good.
I have also shared 5 no bake vegan chocolate treats for those summer days when you want to satisfy a craving but just can’t be bothered to bake!
Last week I had to smile at International Elf Service’s Sweet Potato Frizzle. I just love the name and it’s also a great reminder that some of the best meals come out of things not going to plan.
On my constant quest for better breakfasts I also enjoyed this carrot cake oatmeal from Free From Fairy and you can also read her review of Holland and Barrett’s new Free From products.
Finally, it can be challenging to feed young children at the best of times but when you are dealing with allergies, meal times can be even more restricted. So I loved this month long menu plan from Recipe Resource which offers some great ideas.
