Free From Fridays 25th September 2015

September 25, 2015 by Emma 3 Comments

I think it’s officially Autumn by the feel of the chill in the air this week. Everyone seems to be catching a cold as the weather changes so I have been cooking up some warming sweet potato and coconut soup to keep us all cosy.

I have also been lifting my spirits by sifting through old memories and sharing my 8 photos of happiness. It’s lovely to remember those moments that make me smile and remind me of everything I have to be thankful for.

It was brilliant to see some lovely new bloggers join us last week. Welcome to Gluten Free Travels,  Alexandra Goldstein, Cat Food Is Good For You and  Verily Victoria Vocalises. Please carry on telling others about this linky as it’s great to see it growing every week.

Eggless tofu quiche

This week’s favourites are also from some new joiners.  I have been thinking about trying to make eggless quiches so it was lovely to see this recipe for cheese and onion tofu quiches from Baby Brain Memoirs, which could easily be made dairy free too.

And these vegan pumpkin chocolate chip mini muffins from Petite Raisin are perfect for the changing season.

VERY interested in making your soup. I’m craving sweet potato and coconut funnily enough. Combined with lentils too for extra deliciousness!

That sounds like a good idea. A very filling nutritious meal.
