I am a bit over-tired today so apologies if this Free From Fridays isn’t sprightly but I spent all day yesterday in hospital with J as his asthma was flaring up. He is doing fine now but unfortunately it meant we missed out on a great #Bakeforheroes event with Annabel from Tickle Fingers.
As real life has kicked back in substantially it seems like forever since we got back from Sunny Spain but if you are thinking about going abroad this Summer then read my latest blog about travelling with food allergies.
Last Friday I had half a can of coconut milk sitting in the fridge so just had to make these Verrines from Dairy Free Switzerland. They were delicious and poor J didn’t get to eat much of them at all!
I also loved a recipe from one of our new bloggers Herbs, Spices and Traditions who posted this Peas and Sweetorn Subzi, a great twist on a classic side dish.
