Welcome back to #FreeFromFridays!
Thanks to everyone who took part in the first linky last week. It was great to have such positive comments and strong support from other people dealing with allergies, intolerances or food restrictions.
This week I have been making a delicious one pot dinner – Sausage and bean casserole– and have a great giveaway: Download your FREE copy of James and the Big Battle which is a brilliant book to help talk to your children about allergies.
I have also loved reading all your recipes. Here are a few of my favourites:
Honeycomb Muffins from Free2Bake– Hmm, honeycomb and muffin – what’s not to love?!
Sweet potato, chilli and chorizo soup from Happy Igloo – Three of my favourite ingredients! I can’t wait to make it on a cold January day.
Chocolate and chestnut pudding from Free From Fairy – This looks perfect for a special occasion.
To join in, just follow the simple steps below, Your recipe only needs to be free of one common allergen but the more the merrier!
- Write a new blog post including the Free From Fridays badge or add it an existing recipe (Just copy the code below the image and paste it on your page)
- Add your post to the linky form by using the ‘Add your link’ button
- Leave a comment below and visit at least 2 other recipes to comment on
- Tweet your link to @freefromfarm using hashtag #freefromfridays so I can spread the word!
It would be useful if you can label the main allergens your dishes are free from in the linky title to help others search suitable recipes.
