Where has all the sunshine gone?! This Summer has been a bit of a washout but luckily I have been distracted by other things…
Baby A is now 3 weeks’ old and already nearly 12lb!! She is breastfeeding like a trooper and I need all the calories I can get just to keep up so I am constantly eating. I am a big fan of smoothies at the moment as they are quick and nutritious so I’ve added my top 3 dairy free smoothie recipes. I would love to hear your suggestions for other easy snack ideas to keep me away from the crisps!
This week I have also been sharing my top tips for keeping food allergic children safe at Summer events as part of my collaboration with Holland and Barrett.
Thanks to everyone who has co-hosted Free From Fridays with me over the past few weeks. It has been a great help and lovely to learn a little more about your blogs and free from lives.
Last week I loved this Peach Zucchini salsa from Strength and Sunshine as it sounds so fresh and Summery but it’s not two ingredients I would have thought of putting together.
I also enjoyed the simplicity of these dairy free and gluten free sweet potato biscuits from Gluten Free B
