I know I’m beginning to sound like a broken record – but how is it August already?! I literally feel like it’s always Friday again and the weeks and months are just flying by. This is always emphasised when I do my monthly ‘Favourite Things’ posts.
This time I was reflecting on a great month featuring Baby A’s birthday, The Allergy Show and some friends’ celebrations. I also have a lovely giveaway to make the most of the weather where you can win a picnic blanket, cool bag and Hipp Organic bundle.
After last week’s #freefromfridays chocolate focus I knew I had to get baking and I have recreated one of my Leon resturant dishes to make the ultimate nut free and vegan brownies. They are soooo good!
This week though, I have chosen a savoury theme. It is difficult to get J to eat any meat that is not breaded so these two recipes made me think of him!
J can’t have garlic but I love it and would happily eat these Chicken Kievs from Mummy Bakes Dairy Free
While this Pan fried haddock from I Say Nomato is so simple but shows off the fish perfectly.
