Better breakfasts #freefromfridays

May 19, 2017 by Emma 13 Comments

Hands up who resorts to toast or cereal most mornings?

I know I do, and apart from the odd early morning inspiration or weekend treat, our breakfasts are pretty mundane. I’ve been meaning to improve them for ages and especially since hearing Vicki from FreeFromFairy regularly makes pancakes for her kids!

So, I’ve gone big and bold this week to make up for it with a dairy free breakfast freakshake!

If you’re looking for a healthy start to the day on the move then these rainbow fruit salad pots from Intolerant Gourmand will hit the spot.

Or if you fancy a treat then try these Danish treacle tarts from Glutarama. The perfect way to use up left over bread!

Oh my – what an epic breakfast that freakshake is!! That would certainly set you up well for the day! Love Nathalie’s fruit salad pots and Rebecca’s Treacle Tarts too – goodness this is making me feel hungry…is it too early for lunch??? (it’s 10:04am…so maybe – should’ve had a freakshake for breakfast 😉 ) Eb x

Wow! Love the look of your shake. How delish. And don’t worry about being boring…we are very boring! It’s pancakes and porridge or waffles and porridge in our house. Hardly exciting when it’s every day!!!
