It’s officially boots and jumper weather out there now and it’s time for slow cooker stews and warming crumbles.
It’s also a time of year when I cosy up on the sofa and feel I can slow down a bit and reflect on how my year has been going.
This week, that was fuelled by my Allergy Blog Awards nomination and I have been taking some time to look back on my blogging journey. It’s amazing all the things I’d forgetten about, how far I realise I’ve come and what a boost it can be to reflect.
It was lovely to have Mel host #Freefromfridays last week but I have enjoyed looking at all your recipes and have picked out a few delicious Autumnal eats.
This Meat and sweet potato pie from A Free From Life reminds me of something my mum used to make when we were kids. It’s hearty comfort food with a free from twist.
While this Vegan pear, fig and ginger cake from The Peachick’s Bakery is a great way to use up seasonal fruit.
