Happy Halloween! Have you painted your pumpkin yet?
This week we’ve been joining in the Teal pumpkin project, which I really hope starts to take off in the UK, and carving a traditional one too – although J wanted a smiley face not a scary one!
I have also been sharing 5 vegan and dairy free pumpkin recipes from the #freefromfridays archive to use up your inners!
Last week I loved the simplicity and vibrancy of this Fall harvest salad bowl from I Say Nomato and it helped that it is full of all my favourite things!
I was also intrigued by this Maple pumpkin butter from Pancake Warriors and think it would make a great addition to breakfast.
Finally, if we were able to eat eggs, then I think these Eggs in squash rings from A Saucy Kitchen would be a brilliant brunch.
