7 Homemade FreeFrom Valentine treats #Freefromfridays

February 9, 2018 by Emma 8 Comments

What a fun filled week we’ve got coming up – and not just because it’s half term – it’s Pancake Day followed by Valentine’s Day! Two days of food filled decadence where you have every excuse to eat dessert for breakfast and indulge in a chocolate or seven just because you deserve it.

We’ll be making our American style vegan pancakes complete with bacon, maple syrup and strawberries and baking some easy vegan biscuits with cranberries for the kids to give to their daddy.

But if you’re still looking for ideas for your loved one, then you will love these ideas from our wonderful free from bloggers.

Start the day with these delcious Homemade healthy waffles from Healthy Tart

Give a gift worthy of Hotel Chocolat with these Rasberry and coconut dark chocolate hearts from Cherished By Me

An afternoon treat is sorted with these Gluten free, low sugar shortbread by Free From Fairy

The kids will love this Decadent chocolate roulade from Dairy Free Kids

And save this Creamy vegan tiramasu from The Peachicks’ Bakery for the grown ups

If you don’t fancy chocolate then this Vegan aquafaba pavlova with coconut and berries from Cook Veggielicious makes a beautiful alternative.

And last, but definitley not least, these Gluten free chocolate layer sharing cakes from Gluten Free Alchemist are perfect to share cosied up in front of the fire.

Oh they look so delicious, I’m going to have to try some of these for sure. The vegan tiramisu looks amazing, I’m going to have to share that with my friends.

Can never have too many chocolate options. 🙂 I love so many of these, from those molded hearts to the layered cake. But I’m *definitely* making chocolate heart waffles here, and maybe on Fat Tuesday/pancake day to indulge a bit more before Lent gets underway. I just love that so many people get so much joy sharing recipes! Happy week ahead, all.

These sound delicious! We’re going to try veganism for a month once we’ve used up the perishables. Might have to pin these for later!

And congrats, someone loved this post so much they added it to the #BlogCrush linky! Feel free to collect your ‘I’ve been featured’ blog badge 🙂
