What are you doing on 12th June? How about sharing all your great recipes with friends and family and raising some money for Allergy UK. Find out about our Free From Feast and how to plan your own. I think it’s a great way to raise some awareness, have a bit of fun and answer the age old question – ‘Well what do you eat then”!
One recipe which will feature at the feast and is great for cooking with kids is my Mum’s Melting Moments – the easiest vegan biscuit ever! They are something my mum has made for years – and turns out lots of people’s Grannies too! – and I never realised they were vegan until she started making them for J.
Another recipe to consider would be Free From Fairy’s Very Freefrom Chocolate Cake as it gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free, refined sugar free and looks amazing!
I also like these 3 simple dairy free recipes for kids over on Monkey and Mouse, who joined #freefromfridays for the first time last week.
How to join in #Freefromfridays

Thanks for the linkup Emma! I’m sharing my recipe for slow cooker BBQ baked beans this week – free from dairy, sugar, eggs, nuts, soy and gluten 🙂
