No-bake dairy free chocolate fudge bars

June 7, 2016 by Emma 8 Comments

Sometimes you just want something chocolately, fudgy and all round delicious.

Usually this would mean making a tray of brownies but the other day I realised I had run out of flour (how is that even possible?I usually have about 7 bags!) so needed to come up with something else.

These no-bake dairy free chocolate fudge bars hit all the right spots, only have a few ingredients and are perfect for making with the kids.

The chocolate ganache is made using wow butter (or peanut butter if you are not nut free) and the base is made of oats so they are quite healthy and easy to make gluten free.

The only problem is leaving them to set long enough without eating them all!

These look fab. We are, weirdly, okay with peanuts but not soya so will give it a go with peanut butter instead!
