I am often asked ‘what does J eat?’ Living with multiple food allergies means that he can’t have a lot of everyday foods so we have to find allergy free food alternatives. Some things have to be specialist items, like his junior soya milk, but generally I try to find regular food that is safe for him and also full of nutrients. This can be challenging but once we have found things that work, I make sure I am stocked up.
So, I thought I would share some of our everyday allergy free food to help other people get some ideas.
