5 no bake vegan chocolate treats

June 25, 2015 by Emma 6 Comments

It’s summer! I love the sunshine but the heat and humidity can mean I just don’t feel like cooking.

So here are 5 no bake vegan chocolate treats to satisfy a craving without going near the cooker:

1. No Nut Nutella: Dairy Free & Nut Free Chocolate Spread

I love this recipe so much. It will happily keep in the fridge but never lasts long once I’ve made it!

2. Coconut Crunch

This a lovely, healthy recipe that gives you a sweet kick while also using oats and dates for long lasting energy.

3. Banoffe cheesecake

Banoffee is my all time favourite dessert and this is a simple, dairy free adaptation of a classic.

4. Wow butter bites

These little bites are great as an after dinner treat or chocolate hit with a cup of tea.

5. Chocolate Krispie cakes

Kids love these and it is a great recipe for getting them involved in the kitchen.

I had a look at your Nutella recipe before and gave it a go. It was so yummy! So definitely gonna try another one. The coconut treats look delish!
