My child has food allergies – now what?

July 9, 2016 by Emma 1 Comment

Dealing with child food allergies can leave you feeling scared, overwhelmed and unsure just where to start.

I have been where you are, twice. I have two beautiful children who both have multiple allergies including milk, egg, nuts and sesame. I have cried tears of sadness and frustration as I’ve watched them struggling with severe eczema and screaming in pain. I have panicked as their little faces swelled up and sat in shock as we administered adrenalin as my son fought for breath.

I have been there and hopefully I can help.

Here I have rounded up some of my most useful posts to get you started when dealing with child food allergies. I’ve also linked to some great external sites where you can find more information.

If you have any questions, need an understanding ear or just want some reassurance that you can do this then just get in touch. You can also follow me on Facebook , Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and sign up for our newsletter for ongoing support and information on child food allergies (box in the sidebar).
