AD – Gifted products
It feels like the world of free from advent calendars has exploded over the last few years, and it’s so exciting to see. There are lots of great dairy free calendars available and even more food free options. Add that to the recent trend for adults to have them too, and I’m all in!
I have rounded up some of my favourites for all the family
NoNo Cocoa vegan advent calendar | £18
This advent calendar is like a work of art. Each chocolate is handmade, free from the top 14 allergens and simply stunning. On top of that, the company employs people with autism and special needs to make their products. What’s not to love! The sophisticated, sparkly packaging and unique flavours mean this is definitely a treat for the grown ups
Elf For Christmas personalised advent letters | £21.99
I’m so excited about this advent calendar! Each day, the children get a personalised letter from an elf telling them about Santa’s preparations for Christmas. You can add your children’s names, family details and choose two elves to hear from. I know J and Miss A are going to love this and it will really build the magic and suspense of Christmas.
Montezuma vegan milk chocolate advent calendar | £8.99
This is a lovely, bright and inviting advent calendar with fun shaped chocolates. I’ve been a fan of the creamy Montezuma chocolate for a while and think this one would be equally good for adults or children.
(may contain milk, nuts and peanuts)
So Free dairy free advent calendars | £4.95
Plamil is a great free from brand with a dedicated nut free facility. They have added a new cocoa and coconut, low sugar calendar to their range this year alongside their fun children’s designs, so all the family can enjoy some free from chocolate.
(may contain soya)
Arlo & Jude secret powers advent calendar | £25
This is such a lovely and unique idea from a small brand helping children with self-belief. Each day, you scratch off a bauble to reveal a symbol and use it to crack the code and reveal the message on your secret powers t-shirt for Christmas eve. I love the concept and with an anxious child in our house, I think it’s a great way to help empower them in a fun and personal way.
Moo Free vegan advent calendar | £4.99
The fun Moo Free advent calendar is always a popular choice and is dairy and soya free, so suitable for lots of young children. It’s available in lots of supermarkets at a very reasonable price and means they can enjoy the same experience as their friends and siblings.
(may contain hazelnuts)
Beanie flavour coffee advent calendar | £20
Here’s one for the adults – a coffee advent calendar! You get to try two new sachets every day plus a ceramic mug to enjoy it in and a full jar on Christmas eve. There are lots of great flavours including caramel popcorn, cinnamon hazelnut and Christmas pudding but they are all dairy, gluten and nut free.
