How to make easy Easter bunny biscuits with a gingerbread man cutter

March 13, 2018 by Emma 30 Comments

Happy Easter everyone! Not long to go now and I’ve got a lovely last minute baking idea for you. These cute little Easter bunny biscuits are great for a party or to put in your little ones’ Easter baskets. They are also a fun activity to keep the kids entertained  at the end of the holidays.

Let’s face it, anything with a bunny bum is just so darn cute!

And you don’t need to splash out on any special equipment to make the fun shape of these Easter bunny biscuits! All you need is:

  • Biscuit dough – I use this easy vegan one (chill for 30mins before rolling)
  • Gingerbread man cutter
  • Mini marshmallows (and icing or melted chocolate to stick them)
  • Strawberry shoelaces

Watch this short video to see how to make them.

Also make sure you check out our Easter berry breakfast nests which are the perfect way to start the day on Easter Sunday.  Or, if you are still looking for gift ideas then you’re sure to find something your kids will love in our 35 non-food Easter treat ideas to stop too much sugar overload!

I love this! It’s such a great idea. I may well get my two on this in the holidays but of course using my gluten free flour instead of wheat flour! So cute!
