Happy Easter everyone! Not long to go now and I’ve got a lovely last minute baking idea for you. These cute little Easter bunny biscuits are great for a party or to put in your little ones’ Easter baskets. They are also a fun activity to keep the kids entertained at the end of the holidays.
Let’s face it, anything with a bunny bum is just so darn cute!
And you don’t need to splash out on any special equipment to make the fun shape of these Easter bunny biscuits! All you need is:
- Biscuit dough – I use this easy vegan one (chill for 30mins before rolling)
- Gingerbread man cutter
- Mini marshmallows (and icing or melted chocolate to stick them)
- Strawberry shoelaces
Watch this short video to see how to make them.
