Baby A is officially on the move!
She has never really thought she was a baby – she was holding her head up at 3 days and crawling at 6 months, so I expected her to be an early walker. She’s been walking around holding people’s hands for a while and taking a couple of tentative steps but finally got going a few days before she turned 11 months, just in time for Father’s Day.
With all the rapid development, both physically and mentally, at this age it is important she is getting the right nutrition.
Luckily she has a great appetite – I swear she eats more than J most days! Her favourite foods are probably strawberries and blueberries, which I am happy about as they are full of antioxidants. She also loves homemade chicken fingers and broccoli like her brother.
Here are some of my tips on making sure your little ones have good good nutrition and full stomachs on the go.
