Sometimes life throws you a curve ball.
That’s what my husband would say. Sometimes life is bouncing along nicely and you feel like everything is going well until one thing happens to throw it all out of sync.
For those of us dealing with allergies or asthma we all know that things can change in a heartbeat. But this isn’t about allergies or asthma, I am prepared for those.
I won’t go into the details on here but it was a sudden decision that wasn’t made in very nice circumstances and it has been a big shock.
So, now I have got to start again.
Start again finding a home away from home for my children. Start again finding someone I trust. Start again finding someone who is willing and able to cater for their allergies.
On top of this, J is not a very adaptable child, is struggling with being left at preschool and will find the transition to a new childminder difficult. Baby A will probably be looking after him!
The prospect of all this has made me shut down a bit this week and pull my children a little closer. I have barely blogged as I haven’t been able to formulate my thoughts properly and have just wanted to concentrate on my family.
It’s difficult when your cosy little world is shaken.
But sometimes shake ups are good.
So I am slowly accepting the situation and building up the strength to search for a new childminder who can keep my little ones safe.
Anyone know one?!
