Vegan chocolate coconut truffles
 
 
Serves: 12
Ingredients
  •  3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  •  3 tbsp of coconut milk
  •  55g dairy-free chocolate
  •  5½ tbsp SPLENDA® Granulated
  •  140g fine coconut
Method
  1.  Melt oil, coconut milk and chocolate in a saucepan.
  2.  Add the SPLENDA® Granulated and coconut.
  3.  Roll into balls and leave to set in fridge.
  4.  Cover with chocolate and set. Then refrigerate again until chocolate covering has set firm.
