Valentines Vegan Biscuits With Cranberries
  • 85g caster sugar
  • 115g dairy free spread
  • 140g plain flour
  • ½tsp vanilla essence
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 50g dried cranberries
  1. Cream together the sugar and spread until pale and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla essence and fold in the flour and cinnamon. Mix in the cranberries
  2. Chill in the fridge for 30mins. Roll out and cut into shapes.
  3. Bake at 180c for 15-20mins until golden.
