Valentines Vegan Biscuits With Cranberries
- 85g caster sugar
- 115g dairy free spread
- 140g plain flour
- ½tsp vanilla essence
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 50g dried cranberries
- Cream together the sugar and spread until pale and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla essence and fold in the flour and cinnamon. Mix in the cranberries
- Chill in the fridge for 30mins. Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Bake at 180c for 15-20mins until golden.
