Tear 'n' share Christmas tree
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 sheets (gluten free) puff pastry
  • Cinnamon
  • Icing sugar
  • Vegetable oil
Method
  1. On one sheet, sprinkle cinnamon and icing sugar liberally (or filling of your choice)
  2. Place the other sheet back on top.
  3. Cut the shape of a Christmas tree, leaving a thick central trunk.
  4. Cut horizontal branches (about 2cm thick), stopping at the central trunk.
  5. Twist each branch.
  6. Brush the whole tree with oil.
  7. Bake in the over at 180c for 10 mins.
