Jam sandwich flapjack bars
  • 170g oats
  • 150g flour
  • 25g brown sugar
  • 75g dairy free spread
  • 75g apple sauce
  • 70g coconut oil
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 4tbsp strawberry jam
  1. Mix together all the ingredients, apart from the jam.
  2. Press half the mixture into the base of a 9x13" tin. Spread jam on top. Cover with the remaining mixture.
  3. Bake at 180c for 30mins and leave to cool before cutting.
