I have had an amazing year of blogging and have written some recipes and posts that have been a pleasure to work on and seem to have resonated with others. I am very proud of this blog post as it is so personal, was great therapy for me and I think it is an important subject to talk openly and honestly about. I had a great response in the comments and it was really great to hear other people’s experiences and know that I am not alone.
I started this blog after J had an anaphylactic reaction and I had a miscarriage. One year on from that difficult day I was 37 weeks’ pregnant with baby A and able to reflect on everything that I had learned in that time.
This recipe is always a winner. It’s really popular, especially with kids and noone ever questions if it’s vegan as they just taste so good. They also look very impressive but are simple to put together.
As I have begun to grow this blog I have been asking myself this question and I’m still asking it. It seems other people are two as I had a lot of great responses and it was really interesting to hear what other people thought.
