Any parent knows, and especially allergy parents, that half your bag will always be taken up with carting around food! Snacks for playgroup, bribes for car journeys or lunch on the go – it’s an endless supply of tupperware containers.
So, when Dotcomgiftshop asked me to review something from their range, I was immediately taken by their cute cool bags and lovely lunchboxes.
They are so bright and colourful with lots of different designs to choose from and come in a range of handy sizes. The cool bags are perfect for little lunches and we even took one on our holiday to Menorca to take sandwiches to the beach, which was so handy.
I chose to go with an animal theme and picked out the Lion and Tiger cool bags. J and A both now take lunch to nursery/childminder in them and they fit nicely in the fridge once I have packed them the night before. J is not great at being dropped off at nursery and used to take a cuddly toy to keep him company. Now he takes his Tiger to watch over him and we have managed to stop taking the toy!
I also went for the coordinating tupperware containers. The large ones come separately and then the three smaller ones are bought as a pack. J has always had a Yumbox, which we love and this fits nicely in the cool bag. However, it’s not perfect for everything so the different container sizes give a lot of flexibility for packing lunches. They are also great for storing leftovers.
I think the range is really reasonably priced – the cool bags are a bargain at only £3.95 – and you even get free delivery if you spend over £20.
I also picked up some lovely stationery as well to brighten up my office. There are so many cute things on the site and it’s perfect for gifts or quirky accessories for your home. I’m already browsing for more!
