It’s been a chilly weekend here but with only a light spattering of snow and therefore a very disappointed 3 year old! The cold weather makes me want to stick to comfort food, so this week is all about casseroles, hot pots and warming one pot meals.
Where do you get your meal plan ideas from? I have a whole shelf of cookbooks that I draw inspiration from and it’s great to see more that are allergy friendly. Recently I reviewed the Allergy free baby and toddler cookbook and this week I have chosen three recipes from the 30 day meal plan ebook by Living With Cow’s Milk Allergy.
The ebook has a great range of meals in it, many everyday family favourites, and they are all dairy, soya, wheat and gluten free. Most of them are suitable for us with egg and nut allergies too though. It not only offers dinners but some great ideas for breakfasts, which I always struggle with, as well as lunches and desserts.
You can WIN A COPY of the 30 day meal plan in our Ultimate food allergy survival kit giveaway.
