I’m a cup of tea kind of girl. It’s the first thing I do when I get up in the morning and I can’t get by without my mid-morning and mid-afternoon pick me up.
So it has also been one of the things I miss most since going dairy free. I have finally found a good oat milk for using at home but as I am soya and nut free too I struggle when I am out and about.
This week I have shared 5 tips for breastfeeding a baby with cow’s milk allergy to help other mums in the same position. Do you have any tips to add?
Yesterday was an early start as J was up at 5.40am, then Baby A then made her vlogging debut by travelling down to London with me to preview Asda’s free from range for 2016.
So I am a little sleepy…
This Dairy free chai spiced milk from Free From Fairy would be a great pick me up and I’d love to be able to recreate the pricey coffee shop chai tea lattes that I have a bit of a weakness for!
Now I can’t have a cup of tea without a treat, so would pair it with these Little apple twists from Muddling Through. I am a big fan of puff pastry and the apple and cinnamon is a classic combination.
