Howdy y’all! By the time you read this we will be flying high on our way to Texas. My husband’s family live in Austin so we are heading over there for Thanksgiving and to introduce baby A. So think of me, on a 10 hour flight with a 2 year old and a 4 month old!!
I am not sure how much brilliant BBQ and Tex Mex food I’ll get to eat due to my restricted diet while breastfeeding but I have been trying to look at the positives this week and have posted 5 unexpected benefits of going dairy free.
As we will be away next Friday this linky will run for 2 weeks so please pop by again on Friday 27th to add more recipes.
I am feeling all American before our big trip so have picked out a few great Thanksgiving themed recipes so you can join in the fun!
This Ultimate gluten free and vegan thanksgiving menu from Strength and sunshine should see you through the festive season with some great free from dishes
And my husband loves cornbread so I had to include this Paleo sweet cornbread from Cassidy’s craveable creations for his side plate.
Finally, it’s not really Thanksgiving themed, but I give thanks for any great sweet treats I can enjoy at the moment! – Gluten free, vegan millionare’s shortbread from Allergy mums
