We started the celebrations early this year early as my husband’s parents were visiting from America and J wanted to carve a pumpkin with Grandma Texas. Well to be honest, Mr C carved the pumpkin while J and Grandma gave directions!
J did get stuck in painting a pumpkin though so we can take part in the Teal Pumpkin Project. He took it to nursery with him and will be displaying it proudly outside our house on Monday – although, living down a farm track, we don’t get many trick or treaters!!
How will you be celebrating Halloween?
Last week I really enjoyed Allergy Punk’s post: When Sidney came to tea. She shares her advice on dealing with fussy eating and food anxieties. It’s something many parents have to deal with but can be amplified by food allergies.
This Rhubarb and Ginger cheesecake from Free From Life sounds delicious and I will definitely be giving it a go.
