How is it getting so close to Christmas and I haven’t done anything?! No tree, no cards, no presents…but I have started baking!
I made some Winter spiced muffins with J today and I am getting into the festive mood so the decorations will be going up this weekend.
It has just been so busy since we got back from Texas the first part of December has passed me by. Last week I went down to The Houses Of Parliament for a drinks reception with the National Allergy Stratgey Group and today I am heading to Birmingham for another exciting event with baby A, so I’ll keep you posted.
There were so many amazing recipes last week – you lot are brilliant! If you are looking for some more inspiration then check out the new ebook from #freefromfridays blogger Vie De La Vegan – Plant based breakfasts for kids. I always struggle with interesting, healthy breakfasts and there are some great ideas in there.
In the festive spirit, I loved these Minature festive alaskas from Gluten Free B. The meringues are made with chickpea water.
Now, I could consume my body weight in chocolate and couldn’t choose between these two great recipes. Double chocolate coconut fudge bars from Healthy Helper or Vegan fudgy brownies from Allergy mums, made using marshmallows. So I guess I’ll have to make both!
