It’s half term already – how did that happen?!
I can’t believe J has been at school for half a term already. His school allergy management plan is working well and we have haven’t had one reaction so far. I am so pleased with all the steps his school have taken and have inclusive they have made every activity.
I’m looking forward to spending a whole week with the children but it also means my time will be torn in all different directions. So it’s always good to have some easy, allergy friendly family meals ready to go.
Last week I loved these Chipolte Black Bean Filled Sweet Potatoes With Feta from Beach Hut Cook. They have so many of my favourite flavours in and the topping can easily be adapted for different family members.
