I have well and truly got my blogging mojo back this week and I’m just about keeping pace with my new goal of 5 posts a week – phew! To keep me well fuelled and ready for action I have been making my own homemade nut free granola which I generally just want to snack on all day long.
J is back at nursery now and baby A is growing up fast. Although I have not written much about her allergies and eczema yet – I find it much harder to write about things when I am going through them – I have written about the link between food allergies and eczema for anyone who is suffering and looking for some help.
How have your weeks been? I’m not enjoying the change in weather and I’m looking for anything I can to keep me warm and brighten up my days so the recipes I have chosen this week make me smile.
I love cookie dough. Who doesn’t?! I have always loevd eating the mixture almost more than the cookies themselves. So these vegan, nut free cookie dough truffles from Bluenose baker are perfect for me.
Cristina always thinks up the best names for her recipes and these I wish it were Spring rolls on I say nomato look delicious and are suitable for almost every allergy.
