Sometimes, when you wake up in the morning you just fancy something a bit sweet and sickly to go with your morning cup of tea. As we live down a farm track though it’s not just as easy as popping to the corner shop so we have to have our cupboards stocked.
These cinnamon rolls are brilliant because all they need is store cupboard ingredients and a puff pastry sheet, which I nearly always have in the fridge.
Plus, they only take 10 minutes to make and are great for getting the kids involved – and giving you a treat for a 6am wake up!
Ingredients (makes 12)
Jus Rol Puff Pastry Sheet
Icing Sugar & Water
Unroll the puff pastry sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll it back up and use a small amount of vegetable oil to see the edge. Cut into 2cm circles, place on a baking tray and press down so they spread slightly. Bake at 180-200c for 10mins.
